Capacity:
Royal Armouries Hall ~ minimum 300 guests & up to 700 on round tables
SAVILES Hall ~ minimum 400 guests & up to 1000 on round tables
Payments:
1st Payment: £1000.00 on confirmation with a signed contract
2nd Payment: 50% of the value of the function 60 days after 1st deposit
3rd Payment: Final payment 30 days before event date
** If you are booking less than 3 months prior to your event taking place, we require full payment on confirmation of booking **

We Require:
• You use our designated caterer who will provide you with a scrumptious 3 course meal. (you may add on an arrival drink – cost to be confirmed)
• You use our preferred DJ – Delsonic - Delsonic will provide your event with sound and lighting
• You are precise with your numbers as we will only have seating for the numbers you confirm
• Final numbers are given to us 30 days prior to the event date
• Seating plan (if required) is given to us 2 weeks prior to event date
• You liase with your event co-ordinator regularly to ensure they have all the correct details |

• Make your payments at the required intervals as a delay could cause delays in the organising of your event
• Children are supervised at all times
• You to advise us if you are hiring an AV company / Entertainment company for your event as we require relevant documents from them prior to them arriving at your event. |

75cl bottles of spirit – price on request
2L bottles of soft drinks / 1L cartons of fruit juice - £2.00 each
Corkage
£5 per head allows you to bring unlimited amount of alcohol as you wish
Wine: £10.00 per 75cl bottle
Champagne: £20.00 per 75cl bottle
Spirits: £30.00 per 75cl bottle |
